Instructions:

Place the eye pillow over your eyes before bed, or during yoga or meditation and allow yourself to gently inhale the scent as you wander off into a deep slumber.

To revive the dehydrated buds you can simply microwave the eye pillow for 20-30 seconds on medium heat
